A US style military helmet, but with improved performance to weight characteristics.

This version of the widely adopted 'PASGT' Helmet (the US Personal Armour System Ground Troops' protection system) uses the Company's unique advanced processing techniques to provide enhanced shell protection, at lower weight, with an improved comfort factor.

The improved harness system not only improves comfort, balances and stress fatigue but only uses 5 bolts as opposed to the normal 8 in the standard US Version. The harness also absorbs shock in excess of the standards laid down in EN 397.

The PAS-TAC tactical helmet is very similar in design to that of the PASGT , but the slight reduction in overall cover provides for a 7% saving in weight. This ensures the helmet is more compact and better balanced for wearer comfort over longer periods. Manufactured from new TETRAMID® armour system, plus the Bolt Free harness makes this a most popular helmet for both Military and Police units world-wide.

The Defender is a unique style of ballistic helmet, which introduces improved comfort and fit when using ear defenders.

In addition to the same high anti-ballistic and impact trauma protection properties afforded by the other helmets in the range, the Defender features full compatibility with circum-aural ear defenders such as the Peltor H61 F and the Davies CT 100. This makes the helmet an ideal candidate for use by special tactical teams who require both ballistic protection and communication/hearing protection.

The Defender Helmet was originally developed for the Swedish army (helmet 90) and has undergone considerable revision since then to improve comfort, reduce weight, and meet new exacting standards.

The Paratrooper Helmet is produced in the styles of either the Combat or PASGT according to the customer's choice. The differences to the individual Paratroop Helmet is in the internal fitments of the helmet which provide increased protection to accept the additional inertia involved in parachuting.

The Paratroop Helmet when adapted for use by airborne forces exceed the EN966 standards required.

The Mine Clearance Helmet has been designed specifically for the task of demining which requires the addition of a ballistic visor. Protection levels of the Helmet are normally up to F3 but can be increased to F5/F6 if required. Standard protection for the visor is @500 m/sec for fragmentation or 240 m/sec. The visor is removable and can be adjusted to different positions.

The NEW Tetramid® armour technology has now been incorporated into some of the military helmet range to dramatically reduce the weight of the helmet by some 30%. Styles that will use this new armour are the PASGT, PAS-TEC, COMBAT and MINE HELMET. In association with this armour, we have a bolt-free harness system which increases the ballistic integrity of the helmet. Our new helmets are tough, maintenance free and offer the best ballistic protection for the lowest weight.

This new range of helmets are based on the original PASGT design being reduced in size to produce the MACH I, II & III styles of helmet.

The MACH range are aimed at the Military and Police special tactical units where compatibility with all NV and communication systems are of critical importance along with wearer comfort.

Helmets are available in all protection levels and include the improved harness system secured with only four bolts to ensure maximum ballistic integrity.

The MACH range is available in standard or super lightweight materials and available with bolt or bolt free options in the MACH I and MACH II styles.
