Portable extinguishers containing
Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) designed for use in
vehicles and in industrial and commercial premises.
Widely used in taxis, mini-buses and other passenger
carrying vehicles.
Requires regular (at least annually) maintenance.
Manufactured to conform to the requirements of the PSV
regulations Road Traffic Act 1989. A low temperature
version is available and contains a freezing point suppressant
mix combined with the foam/water making them ideal for
vehicles which are left in the open air during winter
months when temperatures may fall well below zero.
- Epoxy coated pressed steel handle
- Nickel plated, brass valve with integral seal allowing
gauge removal for checking
- 23mm diameter brass gauge
- Nylon coated 5mm diameter steel wire mounting bracket
- Certified to BS EN3-1996
